The project involves the design and construction of twin NHL sized ice pads with 200 and 400 spectator seating.  A multi pool aquatics centre with 8 lane 25 m pool, leisure pool and splash pool and associated change rooms.  A gymnasium and fitness/exercise area.  An indoor walking/running track.  A dedicated senior’s area which includes administration and meeting space plus common community areas.  Food services and courtyard.  Some retail spaces.  Associated site improvements.
