The project involved a 22,844 sq.ft. of an addition and renovation of the Old City Hall, museum and theatre hall including restoration of existing heritage features, such as exterior masonry/concrete walls, sloped roof, copper flashing, wood windows, plastering, finish carpentry and landscaping.  The work also included structural modification, shoring of existing beams and concrete repair.
