Heritage Building – “LEED” Gold Certified with a 2-storey building consisting of a 71,448 sq.ft. addition to the 28,146 sq. ft. Existing Town Hall with underground parking, including restoration and renovation of the existing heritage building, outdoor landscaping.  Concrete and structural steel building with stone wood panels, metal panel exterior and structural glass with precast panels. – Two Phases. Building was operational during construction.
