New two-storey 150,000 sq. ft long-term care facility featuring extensive care capability, kitchen services, cafeteria, physiotherapy equipment and two private courtyards. Wood frame structures were fabricated partially in the manufacturing plant.  Coordination of shop drawings was very important for the prefabrication of structures.
