New construction consisting of 115,000 sq. ft. Operation Facility with 200,000 sq. ft. of storage area.  This building was designed and has been built to meet LEED Silver designation but had reached the LEED GOLD designation. The building consists of two-storey 30,000 sq. ft. offices with a large monitoring room to control the power grid 84,000.  Self-indoor service truck garage with mechanical shop and truck wash.
