31,000 sq. ft. indoor pool building, includes a 6-lane x 25m training tank, leisure tank, water slide, warm water therapy tank, change rooms, staff offices, classroom space, etc.  Extensive sustainable “GREEN” features, including green roof; steel framed structure; glazing system and zinc wall panel system exterior; interior finishes and millwork of a high quality and level of detail.  Total site area is 1.5 acres, associated hard and soft landscaping around the building. Project also included outdoor park with hard and soft landscaping, gazebo, benches, and flags.
